I do love the change on run down rooms.
Lots to tackle in this one but it’s now ready to paint, carpet and make a lovely bedroom in this property with high ceilings as a bonus.

Nice little patch job done today to help a friend get this one off his back.
Threw a few extra in with the electrics to make it safe again.

Cute little picket fence installed for a returning customer to keep their crazy sausage dog in when this weather decides to break. 🐶
Broken fence removed and all new installed.

Small ceiling rip out and repair for this customer.
Whilst the ceiling was down the customer requested some extra Insulation on the ceiling.
Re boarded and skimmed over.
Be good as new when painted

💥 Start the year with a bang 💥
Two ceilings and the ‘everybody loves’ ceiling, hall, stairs and landing.
Massive transformation here after the wallpaper met its end. Splash of colour an this home will look lovely ☺️

Fresh new look for this living room just before Christmas 😍😍
Customer wanted to incorporate a bio-ethanol fire into the existing chimney breast alcove whilst making a feature extension, plastered in a lime plaster to make this stand out and unique, compared to traditional plastered chimney breasts and walls.
Think it looks beautiful no? What we think?

High ceiling in this one to test the arm stretch.
