With poor weather conditions forecasted today and an uncertainty over where it will affect, our winter service teams remain on standby to service all of our contracted sites.

We are closely monitoring the weather live along with receiving hourly updated forecasts from various sources.

We are aware of the significant snow fall expected between Thursday night and Friday morning across our service area.

We are monitoring a range of weather tracking systems very closely and our winter service teams are already preparing to respond without delay to all winter customers.

Our winter service teams are safely back at the office after dispatching to our commercial and residential winter customers to provide a preventative salt treatment.

Forecasts show that temperatures remain above freezing this week but we'll continue to keep a close eye on the reports throughout the winter period.

It's confirmed.

Once again, our winter service teams will be servicing our winter customers throughout the night tonight.

The decision for this is the increased moisture on the road along with below freezing Road Surface Temperatures.

Based on forecasts received, this will be the last service required for this week.

Road Surface Temperatures are forecasted to drop below freezing once again across tonight.

With this information, alongside additional triggers, our winter service teams have been put on alert to dispatch again this evening.

We will confirm any dispatch by 17.00 this evening.

❄️ We're monitoring the weather conditions ❄️

Our teams have returned from servicing all of our contracted properties. We dispatched at 22.00 on the 4th January 2026 following confirmed gritting conditions.

Our admin team are now monitoring the conditions closely and will respond accordingly.

❄️ Our winter service teams were alerted to dispatch at 22.00 this evening. ❄️

They are now making their way around our residential and commercial customers signed up to our winter safety package.

Alerts have been sent out to all customers directly.

Our phone lines are active should you require an emergency service.

New gutter parts collected this morning ahead of some repairs over the festive period for our customers!

Nothing better than a soapy wash of a bike lockup at Meddygfa Canna Surgery!

Initial wash down done on this and the canopy over the entrance with a specialist treatment applied to the canopy to remove more stubborn markings over the coming weeks naturally before our revisit.
