Team day out done right 🔥🎯

Today we swapped fire panels and security systems for paintball guns, masks and overalls, heading out for a company paintballing day. It was a great chance to step away from sites, have a laugh, and build even stronger teamwork (and competitive spirit).

A lot of our work relies on trust, communication, and having each other’s backs — turns out paintball is a pretty good way to practice that too.

Big thanks to the team for bringing the energy (and the bruises 😅). Days like this remind us that strong systems are built by strong teams.

Back to keeping buildings safe — just with slightly less paint flying around.

Hi All, we have two positions available at Innovative Fire & Security for a Service and Small Works Engineer, and for an installation Engineer.
We are based in Cardiff, with the majority of work being local, although there are opportunities to work away. We pay overtime rates, and overtime is available and offered regularly to those that want it.
Experience in large addressable fire alarms preferred, and the pay will reflect it with the relevant experience.

We are proud to have a long history of employing young people to provide in-house courses and training over a 3 year period, and bringing them up to our high standard of workmanship with experience ready for them to manage their own installations and services.

We are now excited to support this new Apprenticeship course in Wales which will allow us to continue the development of staff and provide a qualification and the knowledge required to work to the high standards the fire industry and our company demand.

We have a fantastic opportunity for 36 fire detection and alarm apprentices in Wales.

This course will be run over 3 years in line with the FESS framework and will be a collaboration with Welsh Government , Coleg y Cymoedd , NPTC Group of Colleges CVP and Fire Alarm Contractors working within Wales.
