Some stunning features in this room in a house we recently visited in cyncoed. Part of the ceiling had started to drop. We took down part of the ceiling and panel boarded and skimmed before matching and replacing the panel. We took a mould of the lincrysta and replaced the missing section's that had dry rott and matched and replaced the picture rail

We added a nice art deco cornice to this property a few weeks ago. The customer wanted architrave around the edge of the stairs so we run the front member around and mitred into the cornice with a curve👏
