Complete bedroom renovation from top to bottom. Wardrobe rip out & stud wall taken down. New stud put in to block up where the old door used to be. Rerouted the plumbing for the radiator & installed new radiator, rerouted the plumbing for the old immersion heater so we could make use of the space in the airing cupboard for storage and clothes rails. Upgraded single sockets to doubles & added a new socket, changed the spotlights for one single pendant light. Boarded & plastered the ceiling to get rid of the old artex, removed all the lining paper, made good on the walls & fresh paint. New pine skirting & architrave. New pine window sill.

New Ensuite for Loft Conversion 🚽
This customer wanted to convert their generous loft into a master bedroom. With no existing bathroom, we were able to partition off some floor space and create an en suite toilet. We’re pretty chuffed with how this one turned out!
Here’s what we did:
▶️ Installed a new stud wall to section off for the bathroom space
▶️ Installed all new pipework – as there was no previous bathroom, we had to run hot and cold water up there
▶️ Installed a new soil pipe connecting on to existing
▶️ Plastered
▶️ New electrical wiring for lighting thanks to .element
▶️ Tiling
▶️ Added new skirting, architraves & doors
▶️ Fitted all new fixtures, including boxing in the toilet
▶️ Painted

Simple tiling job completed last week, great to see how a small change can improve the look and feel of the space✅
