Family life can be busy, and having a place for everything helps when it’s time to switch off.

In the playroom, cabinetry finished in Farrow & Ball’s ‘Tallow’ makes tidying up after a busy afternoon feel much easier. Upper storage is designed to fit the family’s existing baskets, while chunky, full-stave solid oak worktops offer a lovely spot to display favourite toys, books and keepsakes. Over in the living room, spacious cabinetry finished in Farrow & Ball’s ‘De Nimes’ creates a lovely focal point around the fireplace. Floating shelves offer room for favourite books and keepsakes, while oak-effect interiors and generous storage keep everyday essentials tucked away, with space for a large TV.

Two very different rooms, each with joinery designed around how the family uses them every day.

Crafted within the angled loft space, this walk-in wardrobe keeps clothing visible and accessible, with integrated soft lighting illuminating the interiors. Beside it, the dressing table pairs a soft-close jewellery drawer with a clear glass countertop and copper-coloured powder-coated hairpin legs, keeping the much-needed accessories close at hand.

Finding the right pair of shoes shouldn't mean searching through the whole wardrobe. Designed around the chimney breast, this wardrobe makes use of a shallower central section for shoes and jewellery, while generous drawers with solid oak fronts keep daily basics organised.

Pairs lined up, earrings in sight, nothing lost at the back of the cabinets. Could the morning hunt for shoes finally be over?

There's something satisfying about having a proper place for the things that tend to end up beside the bed. This bedroom suite provides separate his-and-hers storage, with dedicated book space and bedside areas for charging phones and keeping the basics close. Oak interiors bring warmth to the space, while soundproofing along the adjoining wall helps keep the room quiet, making it easier to switch off at the end of the day and wake up undisturbed.

Muddy boots kicked off, coats dropped, dog leashes hung up, school bags abandoned, and somehow everyone's already disappeared into the house. A boot room that takes the hit so the rest of the home doesn't have to.

Bespoke cabinetry that frames the fireplace and gives every story a home.

The kind of study that makes it easy to switch between emails, paperwork, and the next chapter of a book. Open shelving keeps favourites close at hand, while concealed storage keeps stationery and files tucked away. A full-length stave, a solid oak countertop, and oak-effect cabinet interiors bring the practical details together with a finish suited to a listed building.

A cabinet bookcase that earns its place throughout the day. There's shelving for favourite things, a retractable desk for work when it's needed, and an oak-lined space for logs tucked neatly to the side. With remote-controlled, dimmable lighting bringing the display to life, it's the kind of joinery that quietly adapts to whatever the day calls for.

Loft spaces can easily become home to the things that don’t have a regular place. Designed around the angles of the room, this wardrobe keeps daily clothing within easy reach, while a large bifold door opens to reveal deeper storage for suitcases and seasonal clothes. Finished in ‘Bush Life’, it makes the most of the space while keeping the everyday essentials more organised.

A little workshop BTS: measure, cut, check, adjust, and repeat until every detail is right and the joinery is ready to leave the bench for the next stage.
