We’re delighted that planning consent has now been secured for the redevelopment of the former Tredegar Junction Hotel site.

Another successful collaboration with Highlight Planning, the approved scheme will transform the long-vacant, fire-damaged pub into a high-quality residential development, delivering much-needed affordable homes while bringing an underused brownfield site back into positive use for the community.

The development will provide modern apartments with private outdoor space and landscaping, helping to regenerate this prominent gateway location.

We are pleased to confirm that planning approval has been granted for the residential development of 28 units on brownfield land in Crosskeys.

We are proud to see Fallow House recognised with an award for Event Spaces — a testament to the strength of the planning strategy and architectural vision behind its delivery.

Set within the wider estate, Fallow House demonstrates how carefully considered planning and high-quality design can successfully integrate a contemporary events venue within a sensitive rural and heritage context. The scheme required a robust and well-evidenced approach, balancing estate-wide ambitions with landscape, heritage and policy considerations.

Building on our role as architect and planning lead for the estate, we ensured that Fallow House aligned fully with the approved masterplan vision — both architecturally and strategically. Through detailed assessment and close collaboration with the design team and local authority, the project navigated site constraints to secure consent for a space that is both architecturally distinctive and contextually responsive.

We’re pleased to announce that Listed Building Consent has been granted for internal alterations at first, second and third floor levels at 20 Greek Street, located in the heart of London’s vibrant Soho district.

The approved works will sensitively enhance the upper floors of this historic property, carefully balancing modern functionality with the preservation of its architectural character and heritage significance. All alterations have been designed to respect the building’s listed status, ensuring that key historic features are retained and celebrated.

This consent reflects a collaborative process and careful negotiation with the local authority.
