🤩 Low Maintenance Luxury: The Allure of a Resin Driveway 🤩

Check out this driveway that we recently transformed in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff. Our clients had their sights firmly set on replacing their tired old driveway with resin bound and it’s easy to see why. Resin offers a durable, smooth, permeable paving solution made by mixing UV-stable resin with dried aggregate (small stones or gravel), creating a SUDS-compliant and anti-slip surface. It’s a low-maintenance, long-lasting alternative to concrete and block paving, offering excellent drainage, resistance to fading, and offers a wide range of design options. On this driveway you can see a ‘Lava’ main colour complemented perfectly by the ‘Oyster Blush’ border & diamond.

🏡 MAXIMISE YOUR HOME’S POTENTIAL 🏡

When we met our clients John & Jane in the spring, we discussed some of the visuals they wanted to achieve whilst also talking through some of the practical problems they face on their existing driveway. We earmarked the lack of space which failed to add more than one car and also the issue of the car scraping the existing surface due to the gradient of the driveway being too steep. ❌😵

We discussed options and agreed on a solution to lower the existing driveway, implementing retaining brick walls and a super practical ramped pathway leading to the front door. The driveway was then finished off with the slick and classy looking ‘Autumn Beach’ resin bound surface. ✅😁

A huge congratulations to our clients John & Jane who tied the knot at the end of the project. Our lovely customers Colin & Eileen approached us looking to add a new look to their home. We discussed various options for the garden but it very quickly became obvious that resin was the most desirable and it’s easy to see why! The differences in the before and after images are striking and they now have a surface which provides low maintenance, SUD’s compliance, a cutting edge finish and most of all, fabulous kerb appeal! 😍

📈🏡☀️ARE YOU READY TO LEVEL UP YOUR GARDEN IN 2025? ☀️🏡📈

Here you can see a beautiful garden transformation carried out in the Llandaff area of Cardiff. We were tasked with eliminating the previous sloped area and create two functional levels. We replaced the main patio area with the timeless ‘Kandla Grey’ Indian Sandstone. The previous patio was re-used to create another, more private patio area in the previously unused area at the back of the garage.

With us now being half way through the long month of January, we will soon enough be within touching distance of those later evenings spent in the garden with the BBQ on! 🖼️ SUMMER SETTINGS 🖼️

Here you can find a project that the team completed in the Llandaff area of Cardiff. We were tasked with bringing a new look to a basic new build garden which suffered from really bad drainage.

Here you can see the patio installed in the timeless Indian sandstone set in the Kandla Grey colour. We created two levels to the previously sloping garden with steps leading to the lower patio area. We also installed sleeper planting areas, new fencing, slate chippings and a lawn set in linking diamonds on request of the customer. Our lovely customers David & Paula were delighted to see their vision brought to life, creating the perfect settings for those summer evening glasses of wine that will be with us before we know it! 🍷☀️
