🧠 Men’s Mental Health Month 🧠

June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and it’s something that’s very important to me.

As tradesmen, business owners, dads, partners, and mates, we’re often expected to just keep going. We put on a brave face, crack on with work, and carry the weight of everything ourselves.

The reality is that a lot of men are struggling in silence.

I’ve had the opportunity to speak openly on The Shift Podcast about mental health, the pressures of running a business, family life, and the challenges many of us face behind closed doors.

If there’s one thing I’d encourage this month, it’s this:

Talk.
Talk to your mates.
Talk to your family.
Talk to someone you trust.

You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
