Here it is the long awaited post following on from the video!!
This was one of our biggest jobs this year that was supposed to be a nice job!!
Room was striped out and thatβs where it began!
Ended up taking 3 out of 4 walls back to brick due to failing render!
Ceiling artex was striped off and prepped for re-plastering!
All plumbing was altered to suit new lay out!
Boiler cupboard was dismantled and rebuilt smaller to make room for shower cubicle!
Walls where possible was rendered back up and others dot and dab and full room re-plastered & coved!
Must not forget the lovely customer did all the painting in between our visits have to say what a fantastic job she did!
So here it is a run down of what we installed!!
White marble tile click LVT flooring fitted from main door, laundry room and separate w/c room,
New boiler cupboard using existing Louvre door,
1200x900 antislip shower tray and enclosure,
1700x700 bath with chrome grips,
1600x600 chrome towel rail with thermostatic valves,
Beautiful 1500 run of fitted units with all in one fitted basin work top, finished in beautiful evergreen from the bourbon range from Veldeau Bathroom Furniture!!
Matching bath panels really finishes the room off,
Comfort height w/c
Beautiful traditional basin tap with matching bath and shower taps,
1000 wide LED mirror cabinet complete with shaver dock and de-mister!!
All finished of with modern bumpy gloss white tiles, (YES TILES THIS TIME WE DO STILL TILE)
The laundry room only had new flooring laid down!
And finally the separate w/c room had new flooring and new comfort height w/c and new basin pedestal and tap fitted!!
