All the locks were changed on this cafe after somebody had broken in and stole the safe which had all the spare keys in it for the building locks, all locks were changed and the customer received 5 keys for each lock.

There is some horrible people out there, i hope their actions will catch up with them 😡

We got called out to storage unit in Aspatria after this customer locked his keys in the unit, we got there and the customer decided he wanted a new padlock... One that he could lock with only the keys, so thats exactly what he got and as a bonus it came with 5 keys instead of the normal 2 or 3 that you normally get with these types of padlocks

We have had a busy summer with lock changes, new gearboxs, people losing there keys or leaving them in a different country, faulty window handles, theres so much more but to much to put on here 😂

Its not very often we do boarding up but after a cafe got broken into via this window they called us to change all the external locks after the keys got stolen and while we were there boarded up the window until someone comes ot to either replace he window or install a new one.

We had a call from someone in Denton Holme after there window wouldn't open and they had no key, after inspection we found that the window handle become faulty so we swapped it out for a handle that doesnt require a key as requested by the customer

We had a all out to 2 betting shops after both of there mortice locks had failed, I've had a call for several of these locks recently and they are very expensive locks to buy in, we dont stock them so they are a special order, we managed to order it the same day and we went back the next day to to fit 😁

Happy staff members as they couldnt lock the door and felt unsafe so I'm glad we could make them feel safe again 👍🏻

We got an early call to a house in a local village after someone had broke in and damaged the door, we managed to put a temporary fix on it until the owners get a new door, we also secured the garage which was left open for the past couple of months, lucky nothing went missing as there was several classic cars in there.
