STRIDE AGAINST SU***DE !!
Walk or Run what ever works for you , it’s all about coming together to raise awareness!!
Date: 22/9/24 LOCATION: Watch Tree Nature Reserve TIME: 9:30 - 11:30.
Cafe will Be open for refresments:
It’s a 2.5k laps in 2 hours, as many laps as you can do what ever works for you !
Minimum donation is £10 , you get a t-shirt & on the back are boxes every lap done you get a completion tick ✅
Once donated , if you can DM me YOUR T-shirt size and we can work on getting this to you 👕☺️ .

If you can donate that would be appreciated or if you would like to come along you can run/walk what ever works for you / friends & family.
We all know somebody that’s has been affected in some way shape or form, So what ever you can do to help it would be massively appreciated
If you are wanting a t-shirt the charity have asked for numbers by the end of August , if you can like and share this post and let’s get the word out there 🤝🏽
