The right candidate will be self motivated and have a good knowledge in undertaking all aspects of joinery, take pride in their work and enjoy what they do.
Based in and around North Cumbria and South West Scotland, you’ll be specialising in 1st, 2nd and final fix work, working with us on industrial, commercial and domestic projects.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 39 hours per week. Competitive rates of pay negotiable depending on experience.

A couple of bedrooms done a while back for some brilliant customers out at kirkbride. With this one the customer went for a smooth light grey slab door with colour changing lights in her son’s room and a lovely 4 panel shaker cashmere in her daughters room. After a busy few months I’ve finally remembered to take some pictures of a job and upload them and wow what a stunner this one is. Customer opted for silestone tops, quooker tap and that lighting track 🤩. Designed and fitted by myself, kitchen and appliances supplied by Individually Bespoke by Richard Lamming and flooring done by S M Flooring Ltd - Cumbria

This kitchen was done in the summer. The customer wanted a birch ply finish ready for her to paint her own unique style which I think looks brilliant and although compact it’s certainly unique I think you’ll agree.

🚨 Newly finished kitchen! 🚨

This design features stunning Cartmel cabinets in Cashmere and Indigo. The colours complement each other perfectly and ornate brass accents add so much elegance! 😍

The White Carrara quartz worktop has been customised with modern ingrained drainer grooves and an undermount sink to give an ultra-streamlined and clean look.

Another couple of bedrooms completed a short while back for a lovely customer in Armathwaite. This one was designed and supplied by Individually Bespoke by Richard Lamming and designed to meet the customers wants and needs with subtle lighting, boxing in to avoid the dreaded dust traps and pull down hanging rails.

Another one from a while ago now. This utility room was fitted for a returning customer of Individually Bespoke by Richard Lamming. It was designed to suit the customers needs and to box around the utility metre which we managed to achieve.

After some problems with my page and being extremely busy I can now start showing some of the completed jobs this year (the ones I’ve remembered to take pics of) This bespoke bedroom was designed by the team at Individually Bespoke by Richard Lamming to fit the awkward shape of this lovely barn conversion. It has been designed to suit the customers needs with sliding doors on the bottom, push to open on the top and little illuminated cubby holes in where they can display item, all finished off with some colour changing lights around the outside.
