This one was an interesting build building only the shell & some internal alterations Graeme Howe Fencing T/A Carlisle Concrete Supplies where the very hard working Greame & Claire cleaned of the old imperial bricks removed from the old gable end for us to re-lay creating a large kitchen/diner, garage/utility, downstairs w/c & extra bedrooms to the first floor

Here I removed the old patio which was sitting water when it rained & prepped with a good 4" of sub-base & renewed with this new KENDLA GRAY PORCELAIN supplied by Graeme Howe Fencing T/A Carlisle Concrete Supplies, inc a channel drain around the perimeter of the building to disperse any water, The lovely Family where over the moon with the finished project 👌

Starting with the safe demolition of the adjoining wash house , the space this single story wrap around extension created on the ground floor of this property was outstanding,
Removing 95% of the rear wall and 50% of the gable end on the ground floor, the steel for this job was something else, creating a large kitchen diner, utility room & ground floor washroom
