Exterior Refresh: Porch, Front Door, Fascias & Bin Store!
We’ve just wrapped up an exterior restoration, and the transformation is fantastic. The process included cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming with Zinsser Peel Stop, finished off with two coats of Sadolin Superdec.
We had to work carefully around the recent weather—this paint is a bit temperamental and needs cooler, dry conditions to level out correctly, which added a little extra time to the project. We stuck with the original color, and it looks like a brand-new porch! Really enjoyed bringing this one back to life.

It’s been a busy couple of months here at 93 Unique Woodcraft transforming a cluttered garage into a fully functioning professional workshop.

A huge amount of work has gone into creating a space built for quality craftsmanship, and I’m proud of how it’s turned out. Now the exciting part begins — bringing new projects and ideas to life. Watch this space.

Workshop transformation included:

* Full roof and wall insulation using Kingspan and acoustic rockwool
* Windows internally blocked to maximise usable wall space
* Complete electrical rewire including:
* New consumer unit
* 7 standard sockets
* 2x 16A industrial sockets for machinery
* 6 high-output LED Barton lights
* Door respray
* Walls fully primed and painted
* Floor coating applied
* Bespoke workbench run with integrated mitre station
* Custom assembly table build
* Installation of professional woodworking machinery and full dust extraction system

From an overcrowded storage space to a clean, organised and purpose-built workshop ready for bespoke furniture and luxury home décor projects.

Freshen up on a 10 year old bungalow ✅

Full prep and re-paint carried out to bring these walls and ceiling back to a proper finish.

Work included:
• Filling and repairing fixing holes, dents & surface damage
• Sanding back heavy texture / brush marks for a smoother finish
• Sorting out poor previous work around sockets & fittings including full removal of old paint build up.
• Clean, sharp finish throughout

A lot of newer properties are handed over with rushed finishes — this is what it looks like when it’s done properly.
