We are thrilled to announce our recent collaboration with leading Architects who created stunning drone animations and visuals for the exclusive Llys Moreia development in the village of Meinciau, Carmarthenshire. 🌳🏡 Sauro Architectural designed the site, ensuring each home seamlessly integrates modern design with the natural beauty of the Gwendraeth Valley ✨🏡

Huge thanks to William Morris of Powel Dobson, Hiromu Shimizu of Sauro, our Planning Consultant Ceri Davies, and the wider consultant team for their efforts to date. We also appreciate the support from the Planning Team at Carmarthenshire County Council who have been supportive of the scheme. This was a stalled site, and we are proud to bring it to fruition, delivering much-needed houses in the county.

This select development features a beautiful mix of 3 and 4 bedroom family homes, designed with your comfort and lifestyle in mind.

Great to see this new build nearing completion on a once-vacant plot in a former local authority housing estate. This site presented some challenges, including foul and surface water drainage running through it, but thanks to successful negotiations with statutory authorities, we were able to agree a diversion of the drains and secure planning permission. 🔧💧

Now, this land is being transformed into a beautiful home for a family, just minutes from Carmarthen town, helping to meet the growing housing needs in the area. 🏠🌳

A huge thank you to our long-standing client and the design team for their hard work throughout this project. 🙌

As we wrap up another fantastic year, we want to take a moment to extend our thanks to our amazing staff, wonderful clients, contractors and our extended consultants for all your hard work throughout 2024. 🌟

To our amazing staff— Thank you for all your hard work, commitment and dedication throught 2024. Its been an interesting year, busy and relentless at times! For a small team we have accomplished an awful lot and this is a credit to you all! You are truly a great bunch of people and this is what makes Sauro Architectural so special. We couldn't do it without you! Diolch o'r galon! 🙏

To our fantastic clients and contractors, thank you for your continued support and custom through the year. It has been a privilege to work with you on your exciting projects and we look forward to continuing this fantastic relationship into 2025. 🚀

A busy week of site meetings ahead with the first going to Llaethdy Cwm Gwendreath Dairies, new Milk Bottling Facility at Penrhiw, Llanddarog.

This state-of-the-art facility is being developed by our client Enzo Sauro a passionate businessman and farmer whose routes are firmly embedded here in Carmarthenshire.

Conveniently located just off the A48 between Carmarthen & Cross Hands it will be one of the first of its kind here in Wales.

Unbeknown to many, much our milk from West Wales travels the length of the UK to be bottled in England, before being hauled back to the supermarkets in Wales.

This Food Milage is unnecessary and uneconomical and no doubt impacts on the money paid to our hard-working local farmers for their hard work in producing our fresh milk.

This purpose-built facility is aimed to keep our Milk in Wales, support local farms, and reduce the price for us as end users.

With the rising cost of fuel, it clearly makes economic sense for milk Produced in Wales, Processed in Wales, and bought and drank in Wales.

Milk will initially be sourced from Penrhiw Farm, and the aim is to have farmers selling directly to the company.

Watch this space for future updates on this fantastic investment in our County and Region.
