Over the past few days, we've watched designers, architects, and contractors compare finishes, discuss applications, and interact with materials firsthand. It served as a reminder that some of the most important design decisions happen through experience.

Texture, finish, scale, and the way a product responds to light all contribute to how a space is ultimately perceived and used. While samples and specifications are an important starting point, seeing materials in person often reveals details that can't be captured on a screen.

Whether it's visiting a showroom, reviewing larger samples, or comparing materials side by side, taking the time to explore products physically can lead to more informed design decisions.

Because great spaces start with a deeper understanding of materials.
