On behalf of local developer Haven Homes Ltd., Hugh Logan Architects has obtained planning consent (subject to legal agreement) for the construction of twenty homes on a redundant gas works site at Port St Mary, Isle of Man.

Hugh Logan Architects has submitted a planning application for the re-imagining of a detached 1970s house in Port St Mary, Isle of Man.

The project includes the creation of an additional floor in the roof space, re-roofing in zinc, and re-cladding of the exterior walls in terracotta rain screen, with many eco-friendly features.
