✨ From AI Concept to Reality ✨

What started as an AI-generated concept has now been fully brought to life, and the transformation speaks for itself.
This project involved taking a rear garden space and completely reimagining it into a modern, functional multiuse area with a bold contemporary finish throughout. Every detail was carefully considered to turn the customer’s vision into a real-world result the customer could walk into and enjoy.
One of the standout features of this transformation was the finished decoration, completed in the stunning “Stiffkey Blue” by Farrow & Ball - a rich, deep navy tone that completely elevated the space. Paired with the warm flooring and natural light, the colour created a sophisticated, contemporary feel while adding depth and character throughout the room.

Full internal and external refresh to bring this one back to market.

I dont usually use chemicals when pressure washing. Its generally not required.
This rear garden was an exception to the rule and was given an acid wash. The results speak for themselves when you consider the "Before" picture had been pressure washed already!

The brief here was to "Stop us feeling like were letting the street down."
The render was in terrible shape all over the front elevation!
Damaged render removed, repaired and repainted with brilliant white Sandtex and the black is actually from B&Qs own exterior "good home range." Don’t be fooled by its own brand label, the range is actually pretty good to use.

The end result definitely looks a lot smarter and the customers are thrilled with the end result.

The weather shows a glimmer of improvemet and the pressure washers have been brought out for the year!
A few exterior washes, gutter clearances and garden tidies already completed with the exterior painting jobs getting booked in.
Just need a little less rain.

This one bedroom apartment in central Portsmouth is all ready for its new residents.
Painted, cleaned, new taps, toilet seat and bulbs.
A nice straight forward job 👍.

This mid-terraced three-bedroom home in Portsmouth has had a top-to-bottom refurbishment, and the difference is incredible.

From clearance to final touches, here’s what’s been done:

🔧 New boiler & full heating system
🍽️ Brand new kitchen
🚽 New W/C built
🛁 New bathroom
⚡ Full electrical rewire
🧱 Walls & ceilings stripped, with plastering completed throughout
🪵 New joists, floorboards, flooring & carpets throughout
🎨 Fully redecorated from top to bottom

It’s been a big project with plenty of busy days and multiple trades on site — but the team absolutely smashed it! 🙌

All done and ready to be back on the market 👍
