We removed the old, cracked paper tapes from this artex ceiling.

Applied stain-block to old water damage.

Fitted new scrim tape to prevent future cracking.

Then plastered the entire ceiling smooth to modernise ready for paint 🫟

Artex ceiling plastered straight over to a smooth finish in this kitchen. The old tapes had failed so these were all retaped.
Overboarding is not always required to cover up artex and modernise a space.
