All timber frame work is now up and insulated ready for the plumber and electrician first fix to be completed.

It has been all go on the barn conversion recently, it’s great to see the transformation starting to take shape 👌

- Full rip out of the inside of the barn.

- Roof has had new felt and batten, also 3 conservation roof lights installed.

- Steel work around the opening to take the soon to be fitted bi-fold doors.

- Floor excavated and concrete slab poured.

A complete en-suite renovation completed just before the Christmas break 👌

This included…
- full rip out
- Making more head room by raising the ceiling
- Reinforcing the floor
- New electrics throughout
- New plumbing throughout
- New en-suite installed (decorated by the customer)

We have got a busy few months ahead of us transforming this beautiful old barn into a 2 bedroom annex, this is going to include taking the barn back to an empty shell and completing a full renovation.
