Patch repair carried out in Chard with a focus on durability and a clean finish.

All blown render was carefully removed to eliminate any weak spots and ensure a solid foundation. The exposed area was then treated and waterproofed to protect against future damp and weather damage. Once fully prepped, we re-rendered the section, taking care to match the existing surface and achieve a smooth, even finish.

The repaired area now blends in neatly with the rest of the wall and is fully prepared for painting.

Another rendering job completed in Chard! 😊

After seeing the work I carried out at their neighbours property. I was asked to come in and replace the render on this bay window.

The old render was carefully removed, a waterproof layer was applied, followed by a scratch coat, and finished off with a smooth, clean finish.

Great to see the transformation and even better to be recommended by neighbours.

Rendering Work completed – Buckland

Before:
The existing render had blown and the original waterproof barrier had failed, causing deterioration to the external finish of the property.

Work Carried Out:
The damaged render and old waterproof barrier were fully removed. A new waterproof barrier was installed and the property was re-rendered.

After:
The front elevation has been finished with a pebble dash render, ready for painting. The rear elevation has been completed with a smooth render finish, providing a clean and durable exterior.
