Good evening, it’s wonder Wednesday! Todays hot topic - sugar snap peas! Did you know that these crunchy, versatile pods are packed full of vitamin K, vitamin C, B vitamins AND are naturally gluten and fat free? They are also a good source of fibre and are anti-oxidant (prevent damage to cells in the body).
As well as all these benefits, they are naturally sweet & can be eaten raw, providing that something yummy in your lunch when time is short…You could try dipping them in houmous, adding them to rice with chopped spring onion, or throwing in a stir fry for that extra helping of crunchy goodness!
