It’s that time of year again—the seed sowing season is officially underway! Here’s one of my chilli seeds ready to go. This year I’m aiming to up my seed-recording game: noting the best varieties to try again next season and harvesting seeds wherever possible. Fun twist: I don’t actually like chillies, I just love growing them. So I’ll need a willing taste tester for the harvest—any volunteers? 🌶️✨
