Our very good friends used our Rustic Oak van to collect some amazing bits ready to launch a fabulous new events business! Please follow and think of Events & Joy if you need any help with your event planning!! Sarah who runs it is the most organised superstar we know and has oodles of experience with big (& small!) events so please get in touch if you need anything….

Did you enjoy pancakes day yesterday??

We did!!

Thick American pancakes, fruit & maple syrup for breakfast 😋

Then thin big ones for tea with either lemon & sugar (classic!) or Nutella & banana (my fav!) 😋

And the kids had some at school during the day too!!

I💙a bookcase!

I love books, reading them, looking at them and they should be displayed in style rather than be hidden away!

All our bookcases are handmade to order, so can fit any space in your home to work best for you.

We are currently having building work done at our house and are planning a lovely big bookcase at the top of the stairs and I can't wait!

Formal dining is back....??

Well, according to an article in the Telegraph UK News Interiors section last Saturday it is! https://www.telegraph.co.uk/interiors/home/formal-dining-room-back-in-fashion-interiors/

We have a simple kitchen/diner in our house and the kids have a separate playroom instead of us having a separate dining room we only use a handful of times a year.

Why choose a bespoke service?

Today Nick delivered a small metal x-base dining table and matching benches. It works perfectly in their kitchen and the colour of the metal legs matches some other units that are in the kitchen rather than being black as they tend to be.

This truly is a great example of why we do what we do. Ensuring the customer gets the style, size and finish that suits them the best, and not ‘making do’ with something they’ve found off the shelf.

It’s Coronation Day!!! 👑🇬🇧🎉

I’m just taking the dog for a walk before heading over to my mums to watch the big day with family! Wearing my red top, blue jeans and will soon swap my welly boots for white trainers in my attempts to be patriotic today!

Where are you watching it today? At home with family or on a big screen in a park somewhere? Wherever it is, have the most amazing day, watching a huge day in history!!

Another day another dog walk in the woods 🥰

Wishing I was still in the Grand Canyon (or anywhere on our recent 3 week 🇱🇷 roadtrip!) but I really can't complain about how beautiful home is, we are very lucky!
