After the completion of the Survey drawing, Anglia Design Services will provide a provisional sketch drawing for your consideration and discussion, this Sketch Scheme can also be sent to the Local Authority to obtain their Informal Comment prior to the submission of a Planning Application and to local Builders to obtain budget estimates. At this early stage you will be advised about any potential planning problems that can be foreseen and how it may be possible to overcome them.
