**** Huge moment for us yesterday.****

Tom only went and won the Emerging Talent Award at the UK Concrete Show at the National Exhibition Centre. 🏆

For a small team like ours, and being only just 3 years into the industry as a company, having one of the lads win an award like that is something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s a real testament not just to Tom as an individual, but to what we’re building as a company and the standards we’re pushing for.

I’d also like to say a big thank you to the judges and organisers of the show for recognising his work — it means a lot.

And if you’ve never been to the UK Concrete Show, you’re honestly missing out. It’s a brilliant event for the industry.

The mixers are off, the moulds are empty, and the boots are (briefly) clean…
Essex Precast is now closed for Christmas and will reopen on 5th January.

Huge thanks to all our customers, merchants, and suppliers for the support this year — we couldn’t do it without you.

We’ll be back in the new year, refreshed, refuelled, and ready to get back to casting the future of boundaries.

On the last trading day of 2024, we threw up a temporary fence — just enough to keep things in place and get ready for the build kicking off in 2025.

Roll on to the last trading day of this year and we’ve upgraded slightly…
A brand-new chain-link perimeter fence is now in, thanks to Frisby Fencing with the gates coming once they’re fabricated in the new year.

The final cast of 2025 is done, and Titan Procast is now tucked up for a couple of weeks off — safe, secure, and finally fenced in like she deserves.

A year ago today, we moved the very first pieces of plant into the factory — laying the foundations for what would become the Titan Procast line.

What makes this even more remarkable is that we didn’t officially get the keys until the very last trading day of 2025. From that point on, it was all systems go for the start.of the build.

Fast forward 12 months and we now operate a fully functioning precast plant, with Friday shift producing over 7 tonnes of concrete in just a few hours filling every mould we currently have.

Here’s a clear example of the difference between our product and the accepted industry finish in precast fencing.

In this project, the client used their own posts but needed our gravel boards to achieve the height required — and the contrast speaks for itself.

Our boards are:
