This job involved modernising the entire bathroom by concealing all pipework (including building the wall by the window out), reinforcing the floor, replacing an old radiator with a new towel radiator, installing new concealed toilet and vanity unit with a blending unit, installing new shower tray but reusing the original shower door to save on cost.

Replacement bathroom in a small farmhouse cottage with no upstairs toilet and low pressure water. This job involved removing the old bathroom suite which consisted of a basin and bath as well as the tiles. I then had to strengthen the walls with ply before I could begin installing the new bathroom suite. First I tiled the walls where the new bathroom suite was going to be installed. Then I installed a new upstairs toilet hiding the saniflo behind a concealed unit. Next I upgraded the water pressure to allow the fast filling corner bath, shower and basin to be installed. I also had to install a new 50 gallon water tank in the loft to cope with the water demand. After completion the client also asked me to upgrade their central heating pump for them.

A complete bathroom redesign. This involved removing the old bathroom suite, knocking down the internal walls, removing old tiles, floorboards and ceiling. I then had to completely alter the pipework and insert it under the floorboards to accomodate the new bathroom layout. Next I had to build up the walls to accommodate the new shower and bathroom storage units. Then I installed the underfloor heating and tiled from floor to ceiling including the mosiac border. Finally I installed the new bath, shower, toilet. basin and vanity unit and towel rail with all pipework hidden within the wall.

Bathroom redesign in Great Dunmow. This involved removing the old bath with a shower curtain and replacing it with a walk in power shower, removing the old radiator and installing a towel rail in a new position, installing underfloor heating, replacing the old toilet with a new one with a concealed unit and adapting the soil stack to hide pipework and finally replacing the old basin with a vanity unit.

Current wetroom conversion. This has involved converting an outhouse into a fully functional wetroom with blended hot water. The work has included removing an old toilet, basin and saniflo system and replacing it with new underground pipework to connect it to the main sewer and installing a new shower, toilet, basin and towel rail. Wall tiling completed by owner but due to the complex nature of the floor tiling the owner asked me to complete this for her.

Pleased with her new bathroom completed at the end of 2015, the owner asked me back to upgrade her ensuite bathroom. This involved replacing her old shower, toilet, basin and radiator with a new pumped shower, toilet, basin and towel rail. All tiling, boxing in work and skirting completed by myself. Recent new bathroom installation completed back in March 2016. This involved removing old bathroom suite with a bath, toilet and basin and radiator and upgrading it to a new corner shower, basin, toilet and towel rail.
