Chilly day for water main repairs but leaks have got to be fixed fast! Stop c**k not shutting off properly - cut out old stop c**k and replaced with new poly 25mm stopc**k. All marked up for ease of find and repair for flat in future. All system check and bled. Water pressure now better and free flowing. No leaks!

This customer called us to investigate a bouncy floor in kitchen. It turned out to be so riddled with damp and dry rot that only the floor covering was holding it together. the entire kitchen had to be ripped out, floor ripped out and all new joices replaced with new. We offered advice and full design and helped them to obtain insurance that covered not only the floor but also a beautiful new kitchen, brand new plumbing, utilities moved, new flooring, lighting changed and radiators replaced too….
