My mothers new living room. I did everything in this one apart from painting which she did herself.

Work completed.
- Board ceiling and replaster the whole room
- New stud wall between the living room and kitchen to create storage.
- Cupboard doors from a wardrobe.
- Sand floorboards.
- New switches, socket and lights.
- Glazed oak door and lining
- Relocate radiator and install new
- Skirting and arcs
- Cut the floor out and create custom cellar door hatch
