Recent job completed for customer + friend

- all holes properly filled and prepped
- mist coat on all plastered surfaces
- two more top coats on plastered surfaces
- one freshen up coat on all other prepainted surfaces

Paint still drying in pics but will dry out nicely

I got called in to take a look at fencing this awkward section of garden after an old shed had been taken down uncovering a large gap and an old ‘ repaired ‘ fence

After some discussion with customer(s) we decided on a plan, due to the customer not wanting the wall or some parts of the other fences either side removed and strengthened due to a few reasons we went about it this way and I was asked to block the left hand side as best as I could with what we had as a new shed would be built in the corner covering that side anyway.

Unfortunately this meant nothing was level, nothing in line and without the use of new posts didn’t leave much other option but to do it this way, a shed base will be placed down on the left for the new shed

A new little section of fence built for lovely returning customers done today after a gate post had failed ( wasn’t concreted in )

A new corrugated roof and a few fresh coats of paint on this pagola for a very lovely couple recently finished, some before and after pics!

- removed old leaking corrugated roof that had been fixed incorrectly on the shallow sections of the roof instead of the top
- x3 coats of paint onto the pagola frame
- new corrugated sheets fitted onto the freshly painted pagola correctly
- tidied up and reapplied flashing to seal the roof to the house

Last couple days work.

Bedroom - the bedroom had been started by the young lady but not quite finished so I put another coat of white emulsion on a few of the walls to finish off what she had started, that led to the small bathroom downstairs.

Bathroom - started out as a light grey colour with a darker grey on the skirting boards + door frames that she did not like,
I repaired a number of popped screws in the ceiling, filled, sanded and painted the ceiling, then put two fresh coats of white on the walls, prepped and put two coats of undercoat onto the skirting boards and doorframes, the bathroom is now ready for my next visit which will be to finish off the skirting boards + doorframes, paint a feature wall on one of the walls ( undecided which one but potentially the sink wall to the right of the cupboards )
And see if the other walls need a 3rd coat of white or not to really finish off the new look!
