Credit where credit is due, I had a problem with an ego battery took it back they done everything they could to make sure it was sorted. When you buy from a local garden machinery shop yes it may be a bit cheaper online but just think before you buy online, if anything was to happen think about sending it back and the costs involved like a petrol strimmer or a lawn mower but also your supporting a local company and in return you a personal touch back up
