A Samsung heat pump we recently completed on a new build. The customer wanted the preplumbed setup. It coming with two circulating pumps is a bit overkill for a 5kw unit with a low resistance system. It’s running with the correct flow rate nicely now though.

Came to upgrade the controls on this older to smart controls. But spotted the signs of spillage from the main door seal, checked and cleaned the heat exchanger then looked at the electrodes!! They wouldn’t have worked for much longer and also the seal was split! What’s upsetting me most is it gets serviced yearly by another local engineer. 😭 He’s just not doing his job properly, I just feel disgusted.

Yet another leaking Worcester Flow manifold replaced. Prefer brass over plastic any day!
