One from spring ☝🏽

A soggy new build garden in Chester, transformed in to a clean, crisp, low maintenance space 👌🏽

- A lovely back garden perfect to host in the sun & for the little one to be out in it all year ☀️

- Cross over white porcelain supplied by complimented with fugabella No. 10.

- Composite decking with a picture frame border, edging & fascia boards from supplied by

- 26mm hardwearing artificial turf supplied by fully glued perimeter with a perfect joint hidden in there somewhere.

- Threshold drains installed for a sleek look and set up to take rainfall from either side off the paving.

- Polar ice decorative gravel used around the perimeter.

A crisp quartz transformation 🔥

- Quartz white porcelain from 👌🏽

- Timber decking, existing paving and lawn excavated. Non woven membrane used, new type 1 subbase installed. All porcelain primed with .group before being laid on a 40mm full contact bed ☑️

- fugabella No. 2 filling the joints nicely.

- 4 steps on this one all faced with the same porcelain.

- 2 aluminium recessed covers right next to each other.

Smaller fencing jobs 🛠️

1. Classic 6ft featherboard accompanied with some down lights installed by .electrical 💡

2. Small 4ft concrete post and gravel board with featherboard panel fence

3. 28metres of classic featherboard complete with gravel board and capping rail.

All our timber posts are additionally treated with either bitumen lined post tape or blackjack DPM as standard 👍🏽

Recent fencing project 🍂🇨🇦

- A stunning new Canadian western red cedar batten fence. What was just a hedge for a boundary, with a sloping border in to the garden.

- First we removed the hedgerow, cut chipped and grinded by . 🌳

- We then built a new retainer from sleepers to level out the ground as next doors land is at least 2ft higher. All timber posts and the backs of the sleepers have been covered in blackjack. We’ve also wrapped visqueen along the back of the sleepers before backfilling to try and prolong the timber life. The sleepers have all been strapped on the back with Simpson brackets too.

- Due to the ground height we’ve used 10ft posts (they’re in deep) every 1.8m so we can panel the back side of the fence for the neighbours so they aren’t looking at the membrane and structure.

- Stud frame between the posts adds serious strength to the fence and adds extra fixing points at shorter distances for the battens 🪵 🔨

- Up and down lights installed by .electrical 💡

- Border ready for the client to plant 🪴

With the boundary now tidy it has opened up the patio, gives off more room and really adds to the clients entertaining space!

35m of 6ft featherboard, with 6 inch gravelboard, capping rail and a new gate replacing an old panel and post fence 👌🏽

All timber posts treated with Post tape as part of our standard spec.

🌈 Some crazy paving this one 🌈

Very different to the usual grey paving that most go for (nothing wrong with it) but nice to do something different. The colours in this are great in the dry but really pop when wet 🎨

Area excavated to a minimum of 210mm, unwoven membrane used, a minimum of 150mm of type 1 MOT layered and compacted. 40/50mm of full bed muck and the slab slurried with ultrascapes pro prime 👍🏽
