Today Prism Gas and Heating became animal rescue. A customer called to say they thought they could hear a bird behind their gas fire. After disconnecting the gas and taking the fire out, low and behold a Dove from above. After!making a few "coos" Vic and Bob would be proud of, out it came and flew out the open patio doors. Next job for Prism Gas and Heating, install a bird cowl in the chimney.

With the freezing conditions experienced recently we have had numerous calls about frozen pipes. Often this is due to either poor installation and poor design.
