PUMPKINS & SQUASHES

Now that we’re officially into October, who’s thinking about Halloween?

Spent some time this morning bringing in the very large pumpkins so they can have the mud washed off them and cure.

Got lots of different sizes of pumpkins for carving and some very delicious winter squash for warming soups.

Seed garlic has arrived 🧄

5.5kg of the plumpest, most delicious smelling bulbs from which I’ve happily spent the last hour separating out the cloves sat in the sunshine bathed quiet of the kitchen after school drop-off. A good way to start the weekend ☀️
