100mm treated timber posts black jacked in a post bracket on a concrete pad under the new block paving ✅
6x2 treated timber Wall plate chemically fixed and bolted to the flank wall ✅
6x2 treated Timber rafters supported with joist hangers ✅
New custom made gates, new hinges, handles and locks ✅
New Polycarbonate sheets along with all the trims ✅
New guttering and downpipe ✅
Block paving all cut around the posts and put back in ✅
The front cladded ✅ ( ready to match the back in a months time ) 👀

A big update from us!

We have been over on for the past 3 months on one of their projects assisting with all of their ground works to get this building up to spec with the current regulations.

A huge Attenuation tank connected to the rain water ✅
Septic tank connected to the foul ✅
All rain water gulleys ✅
All foul the foul drainage ✅
Footings dug and poured for their orangery ✅
Concrete pad for the septic tank ✅
Bloc and beam floors lifted in and blocked out ✅

Last few bits to do on the ground work and it will all be complete ready to be signed off 🔥

Our new and improved business logo is now ready to be printed on new workwear and our van 🔥

We also haven’t posted any projects lately as we’ve been on the same project since the beginning of December over in Knutsford for doing a lot of their drainage, footings and their ground works in general.

We’ll be sharing an update this weekend, including plenty of photos showing everything involved.

6th bathroom of the year complete.

The old bathroom was dated and the customer wanted it freshening up.

Old bathroom ripped out and disposed off ✅
New pipework run to suit the new suite ✅
Re boarded throughout ✅
Ceiling dropped down ✅
4 Spot lights added ✅
Plastered where required ✅
Tongue and groove paneling fitted ✅
Bathroom suite fitted ✅
Sealed and mastic ✅

Our part on project shop is complete!

(We can’t tag the shop itself yet but it will be revealed soon)

New timber frame to give it a sleek and neat new look inside ✅
Separate the room in to two one for a workshop the other for a reception ✅
Alarm cables run ✅
Plasterboarded ✅
Sockets and switches moved✅
New laminate flooring throughout ✅
New skirting throughout ✅
Acoustics paneling ✅
A secret door which the customer requested was a must ✅

Today’s job over in dagenham for a friend whilst the Kent job is being plastered.

The customer had Lino down previously and wanted it tiling.

What a transformation 🔥

Garage/Office conversion for friends down south.

Separated the garage and new office space ✅
Built the stud wall, insulated, plasterboarded ✅
Batterned the external walls and plasterboard ✅
Fitted a new door between the garage & office ✅
Put together some magnetic MDF boxing in for the Gas & Electrical boxes ✅
New skirting and architrave ✅
Fitted a new patio door ✅
Tape and jointed ✅
Fitted new spot lights and switches throughout ✅

We did not fit or supply the following, the customer supplied instead.

❌ The paint
❌ The initial wiring for the sockets, switched and spotlights
