🔨 Loft hatch upgrade complete! 🔨

We’ve recently done a few jobs at this property. One of which was this, increasing the size of the loft hatch and installing an all in one hatch and ladder system.
Making loft access safer, easier and far more practical!
A larger opening has made it so much more usable. Perfect for storage, inspections or a future loft conversion.

Another project completed!

We’ve been busy recently. This one was a pleasure. It’s nice to do a job from start to finish.

Starting with ripping up the existing tiles and scraping the floor clean.
We then sealed the floor and screeded with self levelling compound. Leaving a perfectly smooth and solid base to work with.
We left this for a couple weeks in the safe hands of the kitchen fitters. Then returned to complete the job by laying the most beautiful floor tiles. Giving a seamless finish that flows gracefully throughout the kitchen and extension. The result is a durable, level surface, that not only looks great but will last the test of time.
Quality preparation = Quality finish.
