A privilege to have contributed to Sam and Andy’s Love It or List It project — from early design input to preparing the builder’s drawings and handling their planning application. Their original layout wasn’t doing them any favours, so seeing the transformation into a home that finally supports the way they live has been especially satisfying.

Sam’s interior design deserves particular recognition. Her ability to bring character, warmth, and cohesion to every space has elevated the whole scheme far beyond the technical work behind it. It’s always rewarding to see thoughtful design carried through with such clarity and confidence.

Working on a project for friends adds an extra layer of meaning, and watching their home come together on screen has been a real highlight. A pleasure to play a small part in a journey that reflects so much care, creativity, and personality.

A drawing for a recent multi-level garden design project, showing plan and cross sections.

The design aims to minimise waste and keep costs down by salvaging and reusing many of the materials in the existing garden.

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out!

A recent design for conversion of an old curtilage listed stables. With tall Crittal windows in the former stable door openings, this will be one beautiful holiday let!

Completed photos of a contemporary extension project in Sheffield.

Despite being located on the front of the property, the clients bravely insisted on a total contrast between old and new, resulting in this bold design for a tile-clad sitting room extension.

Finished with modern features such as a large glazed oriel window, opening flat roof lantern and internal metal-framed glass screen separating the entrance from the sitting area, the extension is unapologetic in making no attempt to 'tie in' with the existing property...and looks fabulous for it!
