I've not posted anything for a while, so I'll do a series of posts over the next few weeks, showcasing some of our work over the last year.
This is the first of two flood damaged houses that we completed.
We replaced under floor insulation, floor boards, flooring, skirting, complete kitchen, downstairs shower room, doors and decorating.

I am so pleased with this bath to shower room conversion. A slightly bigger job than planned as the floor and joists needed to be replaced.
The basin/toliet and unit comes from Victorianplumbing.co.uk, the shower screen and tray came from online suppliers via ebay, the Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring is from B&Q and the high gloss wall tiles are from Wickes. The new door came from Howdens.
Many thanks to Callum at T&T Electrical services for supplying and installing a zone 1 extractor fan that goes in the shower cubicle.

This recently completed flooring looks stunning. It's a very good quality Luxury Vinyl Plank with a built in Underlay.
100 square meters in total, along with some new Skirting and decorating. I'll post some still pictures as well....

Recently finished this lovely large kitchen.
All the units, worktops and fittings are from IKEA.
Had to move the stopcock to allow the washing machine to go in place.
Many thanks to Callum at https://www.facebook.com/tandtelectricalservices for running a new feed for the oven and hob from the main fuse box.

This beautiful little kitchen comes from B&Q, other than the extractor fan that's from Howdens.
It makes very good use of a small space and has a lovely feel to it.
The main stopcock and gas meter had to be moved to allow the washing machine to fit in that space.
