Before, this layout kept chores separate and felt harder to use every day. Now, the home feels more connected and comfortable. In the snug, the existing log burner and brick fireplace have been retained, with new joinery and a softer palette helping the room feel settled. Walls between the dining room and kitchen have been removed to create one continuous space with a breakfast bar, while the same kitchen design carries through into the utility room to keep everything consistent and organised.

A renovation that makes everyday living feel easier without needing to think about it.

The focus here was on how Cyted’s workplace is used every day, reworking key shared areas within a larger premise using their brand colours as the starting point. The reception was updated with a dividing wall, reception desk, flooring, branded signage, furniture and even artwork in the brand colours, bringing a clearer sense of identity to the space. The quiet room is designed more like a living room with upholstered seating, soft lighting, a rug and a coffee table, offering a place to pause during the day. In the dining area, decorative lighting adds warmth and helps shape a space that’s used throughout the day.

This newly built farmhouse-style home was designed around a neutral base, real wood floors, and detailed ironmongery, with the aim of bringing in more personality while keeping a calm feel. Greens and blues sit alongside a more modern, Scandinavian influence, bringing the farmhouse setting together with something more modern.

In the kitchen, the existing farmhouse shaker-style feel was kept as it is, with a snug space added for slower mornings or evenings, centred around a TV feature wall with wallpaper and wall lights. Bar stools and island lighting help bring the space together, while internal bifold doors open into a large dining and living area. Bronze, fixed screens define the layout without closing it off, and a curved sofa adds character to the living space.

The study takes on a different approach, finished in Farrow & Ball's 'Reduced Green', with joinery, a bar and wine cabinets, layered lighting, a woven rug, a patterned blind, cushions and a comfortable chair with leather accents creating a darker, more enclosed space to unwind. Upstairs, the master bedroom centres around a French-style bed frame, with soft furnishings, a dressing table, and a chandelier set against the vaulted ceiling, creating a lovely space to settle into.

A home that moves easily from one space to the next, shaped around the different ways each part of the day is lived.

Before, both of these rooms were in need of clearer design direction. Each had very different requirements, but both needed a more thoughtful approach to make the space work properly.

The gentleman’s study is shaped around film-inspired artwork, with black-and-white artwork forming the centre of the joinery design. Fluted detailing adds depth while keeping storage practical, and layered lighting, from directional spotlights to wall and integrated joinery lighting, supports both focus and time spent relaxing.

In the little girl’s bedroom, wrap-around joinery brings together wardrobe storage, open shelving, drawers, a built-in dressing table, and a bench seat beneath the window with storage below. The headboard fabric sets the tone for soft pastels, with seagrass wallpaper adding texture, while the neutral palette keeps everything balanced as the space evolves.

Two rooms, reworked to support completely different ways of living, while still feeling connected in how they’re designed.

A multistorey side extension and full loft conversion, creating a utility, pantry and storage room; a full master suite on the first floor; and two additional rooms with a bathroom in the loft.

Our client shared this after their renovation:
“Outstanding design service. Georgina fully managed our house renovation from ideas, plans throughout the build stage and styling delivering our joint vision. Her taste and attention to detail is exceptional and really elevated our renovation to the next level. Thank you.”

A project that came together in a way that feels easy to live with every day.

This newly built farmhouse-style home began with real wood floors, detailed ironmongery, and a neutral base throughout.

The aim was to introduce more personality while keeping a calm feel, drawing on greens and blues alongside a more modern, Scandinavian influence from the client’s previous home. The balance came from bringing those details together with the character of the farmhouse setting.

A home that feels settled in its surroundings while still reflecting how it’s lived in day to day.

Designed as a newly built mock-Georgian home in the Essex countryside, the focus here was on making the spaces feel warmer, more purposeful, and easy to live in.

In the master bedroom, deep alcoves and slanted ceilings are resolved with full-width fluted panelling, concealing storage for carry-on luggage that stays accessible while neatly tucked away. In the reception room, the ceiling height is complemented with window dressings, a larger Heathfield & Co. chandelier, wall lights, a rug, and a curved-end bench-style cabinet for wood storage, bringing a more comfortable feel to the space.

Across the home, interior design, bespoke joinery, lighting design, interior decoration, full project management and build are worked on together, shaping spaces that feel settled and ready for everyday use.
