Another Satisfactory damp proofing job completed by West Sussex Interiors Ltd ,client had a cowboy builder convert garage to living accommodation, Tiled over sub floor which was below adjacent house floor level and damp course level and to make things worse,exterior window wall of garage had Top soil up against it

Client had a flat roof with an asbestos artex ceiling with little or no insulation and an exterior wall with no insulation either ,room was so cold in winter

Suspended ceiling fitted with 100 mm loft insulation and plasterboarded and exterior wall battened out with 100mm PIR CELOTEX INSULATION and plasterboarded over

Client opted for a Tape and joint finish
