Just in time for the sun!

Our client has just purchased a new property with some rather overgrown hedges in need of some love and attention.

With a 1.5 metre reduction in height and the faces trimmed back behind the sleeper wall, these will be much easier to maintain going forward and will allow plenty more light!

All hedges are thoroughly checked for nesting birds before any work is commenced.

Eucalyptus section fell and dismantle -

This tree was starting to outgrow our clients garden, with the roots beginning to affect his patio path and destroying the fencing behind it.

Using rigging techniques we brought this tree down quickly and safely, the client decided to keep the logs reducing the cost and once seasoned it makes for great firewood for the log burner!

This Lombardy Poplar’s main stem had died, allowing rot to set into the tree making it a hazard to the schools bike shed behind.

Using rigging techniques these trees were dismantled safely and lowered into the clients garden.

What a day to be in the trees!

A tricky takedown today whilst doing some subcontract work.

A large Oak leaning over some containers used for storage, but with the right team and these blue skies what a pleasure it turned out to be!

Another mature Oak lost to the storms!

This mature Oak tree with root decay came down during the recent storms, root decay is very difficult to notice and can be caused by multiple things, but it's most commonly due to poor draining soil or a fungal infection.

Not all fungus are harmful, but if you notice any fungal brackets on your trees it's never too safe to get a professional opinion!

We're just thankful that this tree came down on a shed and not a house!
