A Maintenance Person is needed to support our team in Chichester and the surrounding areas.
Duties
A full Job Description is available on request. Duties are briefly:
Booking in jobs and liaise with tenants and agents.
Using CRM job management software, sign off and submit job once completed
Ensure that all works that are carried out are to the higest Standard and the work place is safe and respected at all times.
Hours of work Pay
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 8am-5pm with an hour lunch break.
Pay
Competitive pay based on experience
Overtime and weekend work is avaliable on request
Person Specification
Clean driving licence (van can be supplied)
Flexible
Experienced in General trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrics, building, painting, gardening and all other trades)
Capable of working without supervision

The ideal candidate will be a customer focused individual with excellent boiler installation and good problem solving skills.
Job Type:- Full-time
Essential skills / Qualifications:-
• Hold domestic core ACS Certificates CCN1; CEN1; HTR1; CPA1;
- Part L Certificate (energy efficiency); Unvented Hot Water ( would be desirable but not necessary)
• Good knowledge of S & Y plan system wiring
• Boiler / heating system fault finding & problem solving skills
• Competent pipework skills
• Full Driving Licence
- (Own van would be desirable but not necessary )
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good attitude.
• Own tools
- (we could supply gas analyses and relevant tools if needed)
Schedule:-
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
- (Gas safety certificates in evenings / weekends and some Saturdays if needs be)
Pay: -
• Depends on experience we can discuss on application. ( Paid weekly via Bank transfer)
