Lawnrite - Covid- 19 – Some Changes to our Process

We are following closely the governments advice during the current situation.

I wanted to make you aware of some small changes to how we will work to make sure we all stay safe.

The nature of our work means it can be completed with no direct or near physical contact with our customers.

On the basis we can work safely with no risk to you or us we are continuing to complete our treatments and will notify you of our visits in the normal way. However, for the duration of this situation we will only knock on your door or ring your bell should you request it or if access is needed. We will email invoices and confirmation or treatment along with any relevant comments rather than leaving a written note / document.

We are van based and otherwise our contact with the public is limited.

Keep safe and if there is anything you need to tell us about your lawn prior to our visit please, call or email or of course you can still speak to us when we visit recognising the advice on safe distances.
