As we wrap up our final job of 2025, it’s hard not to reflect on what has been a significant year for both the business and me personally. Experiencing a stroke at 42 was not something I ever expected, but it reinforced just how important resilience, perspective, and the right people around you truly are.

I’d like to sincerely thank everyone we’ve worked for and with this year, your trust and support have made it an incredibly rewarding one. A special thank you to my team, whose dedication throughout the year, and especially during my recovery, has meant more than I can properly express. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be very busy, and we’re excited to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones along the way. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and successful New Year. 🥂🎉
