It’s almost that time of year when preventative measures are crucial to stop your lawn from being potentially destroyed from leatherjackets!
Did you know that just one crane fly (daddy long legs) can lay up to 300 eggs? If you’ve spotted them flying around your garden or noticed larvae surfacing from your lawn, this could be a sign of a leatherjacket infestation. The larvae will feed off grass roots, causing the grass to die. 🌿
