Our lovely clients in Clymping, West Sussex, came to us after a stressful start with another joinery company.

We designed, made and installed a bespoke open-rise oak staircase with glass balustrades, complete with matching oak trims around the stairwell. The space was tight so it was important finished staircase felt open, light and seamless within their beautiful barn-style home.

The result was a staircase that finally felt right for their home.

Great partnerships make great projects.

This whole house joinery project was from a while back on the West Sussex coast, completed in partnership with Grey Tree Construction.

This bespoke curved oak front door was made to replace a recently installed door that had already started leaking, moving, and failing to lock properly after just one year.

Using European oak, custom-made templates, and traditional joinery techniques, we recreated the original design properly, with long-term durability and precision in mind.

The finished result fits beautifully within this stunning home in West Horsley, Surrey and most importantly, performs exactly as it should.

Grade II listed properties deserve care, patience and attention to detail. When we worked on this beautiful period home, the original sash box windows and door frames were beyond repair, meaning every replacement had to be made entirely bespoke.

There was nothing to copy. Every detail had to feel right for the age and character of the property, from the proportions of the frames to the way the solid oak would naturally age over time.

Years later, we still keep in touch with the customer and have continued working on the property since.
