Successful subfloor restoration completed by the DampMaster team.
The customer contacted us after noticing that their living room floor was sagging. Following a comprehensive inspection, we discovered timber decay within the subfloor void, which had affected the joist ends and compromised the floor's structural support.
Our team carried out a full clearance of the subfloor area, treated all accessible structural timbers, carefully cut back the decayed joist ends, and reinstated them with new treated timber. These repairs have restored the integrity of the floor structure and helped protect the property against future timber decay issues.
