Two of the six projects have now been successfully completed in the heart of Mayfair.
We are currently delivering a programme of modernised office tea points, featuring state-of-the-art ZIP instant hot water systems, sparkling and filtered water taps, integrated coffee machines, and new dishwasher.

Working in close collaboration with Logic Workspace and their in-house interior design team, we are ensuring each installation meets the client’s exacting standards for quality, functionality, and finish.

Recently Completed Project – Kew Gardens

We successfully completed the fit-out of a new ground floor office space in Kew Gardens. The scope included the installation of a modern teapoint featuring a touch-screen coffee machine and integrated dishwasher, with all isolation valves neatly housed under the sink for ease of access and maintenance.

A new 15mm cold water main was routed beneath the raised flooring, and an under-counter macerator was installed to efficiently pump waste to the internal soil vent pipe (SVP), also via the floor void.

Mechanical drawings for the project were expertly designed by the CHS AutoCAD team and included as part of the completion pack to ensure full compliance and documentation.

A project we truly enjoyed – completed to the exceptional standards expected at BLOK.

This bespoke installation included:

• 4 custom-built ice baths with wall-mounted compressor chiller units

• A brand-new sauna

• Balanced hot/cold showers with push-button operation for post-session rinse-off

• Dedicated changing rooms with additional shower facilities

All pipework was carefully routed and pressure-tested beneath the flooring, with individual supply and return loops to each ice bath via integrated skimmers and filtration systems. Despite tight space constraints, we successfully installed all pumps, filtration units, and UV systems with full accessibility for ongoing maintenance.
